Removal day went well... no issue with the removal staff... due to crew rushing some items were left behind and they had to go back later to retrieve them which i had no problem with, however when items came out of storage a couple where damaged, again knew this may happen, what i dislike about this company is that i moved on the 3rd july 2009 and im typing this on the 13th august and the matter of the damaged items hasnt beed resolved!!! dispite numerous calls on my behalf, i get told i will be called back but this never happens, even just to let me know that the matter is still being dealt with. I feel that i am being ignored!

Better Removals offer a very cheap Rate for Storage of my furniture. I decided to take up the containerised storage rather then the self storage plan but was happy that both options were offered to me. Also there Boxes and Packaging materials are very cheap indeed to buy but because i had them do my house removal they provided and delivered them free of charge. Also i was very grateful for the free use of there wardrobe boxes for my hanging garments.
